Mizi Bistro at Tanjung Pinang

The new Mizi is at Tesco Tanjung Pinang just right beside Straights Quay.
They have 3 outlets in Penang which is in Prangin Mall (not named as Mizi) and New World Park.
I've been eating this for so many times and the owner of Mizi knew my dad already.
On Saturday which is 27th of August, me and my family went there. It suppose to be lunch hour, but end up to be brunch, they woke me up for breakfast at about 11am. We reached there around 11 something, I think we are the earliest customer!

You're probably thinking what is this? some kind of creamy chicken. Forgotten the name. Mum ordered this.

Chicago Rib House

Yesterday I just got back in Penang. I feel under pressure when i'm in Kampar, there are still tonnes of assignments to be done. Screwed my HEL exam paper! I was downed.
Decided to call Alice up and we went Redbox for singing session to release some stress, we really shout it out! lol. Dinner at Chicago since my friend, Alice haven't try it yet. So we went there for dinner around 8:45pm. This is my second time visit there, haven't try out the rib or steak yet, but I still prefer TGI than Chicago Rib House. Thus, TGI is very far away from where we are staying.
the cover page of the menu.

free appetizer only for Digi users. (Potato skin)

Top: Ocean Breeze, Bottom: Captain's Punch

Chicken with peppercorn sauce, this is nice and juicy!

Red Hot peper chicken, the fragrant rice was kinda dehydrated and hard to eat, the mash potato was still ok, and for the chicken is too small in size. Not really that good.

Shunka Japanese Restaurant.

There's a new Japanese restaurant in Kampar, where I live right now.
People were so crazy over this newly opened restaurant. When there's some new open shops, people in Kampar will gaga about it.
Last week, me and my friend, Jia Xin went there for dinner since there's a new place for us to dine. We decided to go there.
When we got into the restaurant, it was small and packed. And I realized it doesn't have much space for customers. It's limited. LOL
So they place that we sat on is kinda cramped and uncomfortable, sharing a table with 4 other persons. Can't you imagine that? *rolleyes*
Well, I haven't seen a Japanese restaurant for not serving customers Ocha for free. I mean they don't serve Ocha in there, I don't know why. But they do serves other beverages like ice-blended and stuff like that. And also the first time i've ever seen, there's ice-blended, lots kind of beverages that don't belongs to Japanese culture. I think they should name it as multi-culture restaurant. LOL!
By the way, I've ordered a soya bean drink which I thought that it was homemade! But, it turns out to be a can of soya bean which cost me RM2.50!!!

This is the chicken teriyaki that Jia Xin ordered, very salty!

Teriyaki chicken, overall not bad.

Kimchi Pork with beansproud. The outer appearance was not that good looking, but the taste of it is kinda nice.
